Top BJP leaders also congratulated TMC supreme Banerjee and DMK chief Stalin on the victory of their parties in the West Bengal and Tamil Nadu assembly elections, respectively.
In a series of tweets, Party Leader and Union Minister Rajnath Singh also praised Kerala Chief Minister and CPI (M) Leader Pinari Vijayan for his party’s victory in the elections of the state assembly.

Singh congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP Chief JP Nadda, and Assam’s Chief Minister Sadbanand Sonawal on the party’s victory in the state assembly elections.

He said the pro-people policies of the Modi-led government in the Center and the Sonowal state government have once again helped the BJP win the assembly elections in Assam.
Congratulating Banerjee, Singh said he wished him the best for his next term.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman also congratulated Banerjee in a tweet and said: “Good wishes for your next term.”

Sitharaman congratulated Vijayan and conveyed his wishes in Tamil to Supreme Stalin of DMK for his party’s victory in the Tamil Nadu assembly elections.

The results of the assembly’s poll for the four states of Assam, West Bengal, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, along with UT Puducherry, will be announced on Sunday.
According to the latest trends, TMC led by Mamata Banerjee is reshaping the government in West Bengal, where it was embroiled in high-octane competition with the BJP.
Similarly, the BJP is ready to retain Assam and the CPI (M) is ready to retain Kerala by defeating Congress, according to the latest trends.
The BJP also seemed set to win Puducherry by defeating the Congress that was in power there. The BJP, with its main ally AIADMK, lost Tamil Nadu to the DMK-led alliance.
