Apollo Hospitals will begin vaccinating people ages 18 to 44 at all of its centers on May 1 | India News

NEW DELHI: Apollo Hospitals Group will begin vaccination against coronavirus for people in the 18-44 age group at all of its centers across the country starting May 1, according to a statement Friday.
“Realizing the importance of vaccinating citizens to mitigate the impact of the second wave of Covid infections, Apollo Hospitals has taken the initiative and arranged to procure vaccines directly from manufacturers, as per government directive.” , He said.
Apollo Hospitals will be among the first among Indian private hospitals to begin immunization against Covid in the third phase of the Covid-19 vaccination campaign after the Center opened vaccination for all citizens over the age of 18, it said.
