India gave the talk, supplied vaccines to more than 80 countries: Prime Minister Modi at the Raisina Dialogue | India News

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Modi opened the sixth edition of the Raisina Dialogue 2021 on Tuesday, where he said India has preached during the pandemic.
“During this pandemic, in our humble way, within our own limited resources, we in India have tried to preach,” Prime Minister Modi said in the opening address.
Prime Minister Modi praised the country’s efforts to support not only its own 1.3 billion citizens, but also to successfully supply more than 80 countries with vaccines, despite its own limitations.
The theme for this edition of the conference was “#ViralWorld: Outbreaks, Outliers and Out of Control”.
In line with the theme of the agenda, PM Modi also emphasized the importance of protecting our planet. He further said that systems need to be created to address future challenges.
“The horrors of WWI and WWII forced the emergence of a new world order. After the end of WWII, many structures and institutions were created over the next several decades,” said PM.
The Raisina Dialogue is India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics, held annually since 2016.
It is jointly organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Observer Research Foundation.
