Sharad Pawar is discharged from hospital, stable condition: Malik | India News

MUMBAI: PCN chief Sharad Pawar, who recently underwent a procedure for a gallbladder problem, was released from a hospital here on Saturday, a party leader said.
“Pawar is in good health and is recovering at home,” said NCP spokesman and state minister Nawab Malik.
Hours earlier, a team of doctors examined Pawar and concluded that his condition was stable.
Malik said doctors have recommended Pawar a seven-day break.
“If his health parameters remain stable after the next 15 days, he will have gallbladder surgery,” he added.
Pawar (80) underwent an emergency endoscopy for the removal of a stone from his bile duct on March 30 at Breach Candy Hospital.
He was admitted to the hospital on March 30 after experiencing abdominal pain.
