ALAPPUZHA: Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi and Union Minister of State for Foreign Affairs V Muraleedharan called the parents of RSS activist Nandu Krishna, who was killed in the SDPI-RSS clash in Go on Saturday.
The ministers also visited the home of RSS worker SM Nandu, who was seriously injured in the attack.
Both ministers have demanded that the Kerala government bring the real culprits to justice and also investigate the conspiracy behind the murder.
Pralhad Joshi said the investigation should not be an eye wash. “The LDF government should hand over the case to CBI, if it does not carry out an impartial and independent investigation into the case,” the minister said.
“Both the LDF and the UDF are taking a position in favor of the murderers in the case. Many banned organizations now operate under other names in the state. The legal aspects will be inspected to ban these types of organizations,” the ministers said.
Nandu Krishna was beaten to death, allegedly by SDPI workers during clashes between them at the Nagamkulangara crossing in Vayalar, near Cherthala. Nandu Krishna was RSS Nagamkulangara mukhya shikshak.
