BSF troops had also foiled an infiltration offer in the same area in November 2019 in which BSF troops had fired at the party attempting to infiltrate India.
The tunnel detected today is the fourth in the last 6 months in the Samba, Hiranagar and Kathua area and the 10th overall in the Jammu region.
