PM Modi chairs the 34th Pragati meeting to assess the progress of the schemes

Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the 34th Pragati meeting on Wednesday, evaluating projects worth around Rs 1 lakh crore in 10 states and Union territories.

An official statement said that two central government programs, Ayushman Bharat and Jal Jeevan Mission, were also reviewed and that complaints related to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs were discussed at the meeting. He added that Modi ordered officials to guarantee and expedite the comprehensive resolution of the complaints. He said that all states should strive for 100% enrollment in Ayushman Bharat as soon as possible.

Modi has been holding such meetings since he became prime minister in 2014.
