Prime Minister Modi to open Bengaluru Technology Summit on November 19
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Bengaluru Technology Summit, 2020 on November 19 via video conference.
The Bengaluru Technology Summit is scheduled for November 19-21. The summit is organized by the Government of Karnataka together with the Karnataka Technology and Innovation Society (KITS), the Karnataka Government Vision Group on Information Technology, Biotechnology and StartUp, Software Technology Parks of India ( STPI) and MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications, according to a press release.
The Bengaluru Technology Summit will feature the participation of Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Vice President of the Swiss Confederation Guy Parmelin and many other leading international figures.
In addition to them, opinion leaders, industry captains, technocrats, researchers, innovators, investors, policy makers and educators from India and the world will also participate in the summit.
This year, the theme of the summit is “Next is now.” The summit will deliberate on the key challenges emerging in the world from the post-Covid-19 pandemic with a focus on the impact of prominent technologies and innovations in the ‘Information and Electronics Technology’ and ‘Biotechnology’ domains, adds the release.
