Sharp decline in daily Covid-19 numbers; recovery rate greater than 93%
The number of daily cases of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in India fell further to 30,548 on Monday, according to the Union Health Ministry update at 8 a.m. The national count is 8,845,127.

The national capital, Delhi, has been an area of particular concern for the government.
