A center of terrorists and anti-nationals, situation in Bengal worse than Kashmir: Dilip Ghosh | India News

NORTH 24 PARGANAS: Claiming that the state has become a center for “terrorists and anti-nationals”, West Bengal BJP President Dilip Ghosh said on Sunday that the situation here is worse than in Kashmir.
“The other day, six Al-Qaeda terrorists were arrested in Aipurduar (in North Bengal). A network has formed in various parts of the state. Even Bangladesh’s leader Khaleda Zia has said that the terrorists are being trained in India and sent to Bangladesh to create riots. This state has become a center for terrorists and anti-nationals. They come here from other places and take refuge. The situation in Bengal is now worse than in Kashmir, “Ghosh alleged while speaking to journalists. after a BJP event in Baranagar in the North 24 Parganas district on Sunday.
He added that the people of Bengal live in a state of fear. “Even my name was included on the target list of the anti-nationals. They attacked me in Jaygaon, in the Alipurduar district, where the Rohingya Muslims were stationed. If you watch the video of the incident closely, you can identify them through their appearances. They are not from Bengal, “Ghosh said, adding that West Bengal has abundant Rohingya and other infiltrators who vote for Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress (TMC).
“It is very alarming that some political parties are harboring terrorist and antisocial elements.”
The BJP leader, however, expressed his confidence in the people of the state who know “which party to vote for,” even if all other parties are competing collectively against the BJP.
On AIMIM President Asaduddin Owai’s announcement to participate in the next elections in West Bengal, Ghosh said: “A lot can happen. Various political parties can come here and compete. That doesn’t matter to the BJP. Do polls. About 45 per cent of the Bengal population voted for the BJP. They have full faith in us. The TMC, the CPI (M), the Congress, AIMIM, all parties can merge. The party, which wants development, will be in favor of one side and those who want to create discomfort will be on the other. ”
Before meeting the media, she attended “Cha Chakra”, an event about adda tea lines, on Tobin Road.
