Sushant Singh Rajput’s Father KK Singh Files Counter-affidavit with the Supreme Court Against Rhea Chakraborty’s Statement | Hindi Movie News

After Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, KK Singh, filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in Patna, the actress has urged the Supreme Court to transfer the investigation to Mumbai. While the court is ready to hear the guilty plea on August 11, Sushant’s father has filed an affidavit against her plea. According to the latest ANI report, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, KK Singh had filed a counter-affidavit with the Supreme Court stating that the investigation at the FIR had already been transferred to CBI and thus Rhea’s petition. Chakraborty’s transfer of the investigation to Mumbai is unsuccessful.

According to Times Now, in his response to Rhea’s petition, Sushant’s father alleges that the prime suspect Rhea has influenced key witness Siddharth Pithani. He also questioned how the mail sent to the Mumbai police by Siddharth Pithani where he complained against the Bihar police got into the hands of Rhea. It has also been alleged that the mail sent by Siddharth Pithani was after Bihar police filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and on the eve of the actress moving to the Supreme Court with his petition.

The FIR appeared before the Rajiv Nagar Police Station under various IPC sections, including 306 (instigation of suicide), 341 (punishment for illegal restraint), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (burglary in the home), 406 (punishment for breach of trust) and 420 (deceiving and dishonestly inducing the delivery of goods).

KK Singh has named Rhea along with five other people for exploiting Sushant and pushing him to take an extreme step. The actress was summoned yesterday by the Supervision Directorate where she was interrogated for more than eight hours with her brother and ex-man.

Sushant’s case has now been taken up by the IWC, which has started the registration of the case and will be assisted by the Bihar and Mumbai police as part of its investigation across India.
