Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide: criminal complaint filed against Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor in Bihar court; Kangana Ranaut appears as a witness | Hindi Movie News

A lawyer filed a criminal complaint Wednesday against 8 people, including Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and producer-director Karan Johar, in local court over the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

The court set July 3 as the next hearing date. In his complaint to the Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court, lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha alleged that these eight people forced Sushant to commit suicide under a conspiracy that he claimed amounted to murder.

Others named in the complaint are Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Ekta Kapoor, and Director Dinesh. The plaintiff claimed that these people did not allow Sushant’s films to be released under a conspiracy and that the deceased actor was not even invited to film performances because of these people.

Ojha said that the death of Sushant Singh Rajput had not only hurt the people of Bihar but the entire country. He said the complaint had been filed under Sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 and that Bollywood actor Kangana Ranauat had been included as a witness in the case. Sushant Singh Rajput allegedly committed suicide in his Bandra apartment in Mumbai on Sunday.
