Ekta Kapoor, Kapil Sharma and Others Praise Prime Minister Modi of Janata Curfew’s Initiative


In his television address, Prime Minister Modi on Thursday called on the nation to fight the coronavirus, and asked citizens to observe a ‘janata curfew’ by staying indoors on Sunday between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. to help reduce public interaction.

This move has been praised by popular names in the entertainment world.

Ekta Kapoor took to Twitter and wrote: “Excellent initiative by our Honorable Prime Minister ModiJi @PMOIndia with #JuntaCurfew. Self-inflicted quarantine and staying home on Sunday March 22 from 7am to 9pm is the best way to stay protected from this pandemic! ”
