SPG government deceived Delhi people for 5 years: Amit Shah News – India
In a series of tweets, Shah also alleged that the SPG government only made promises throughout his tenure and now in the last three months, public money was being spent on ads for his ads.
“I am sure that through this festival of democracy, the party-led government, which deceived people for five years and gave hollow promises, will be defeated and a government will be formed under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi that can fulfill people’s aspirations,” he said.
Shah said the people of Delhi are still looking for free Wi-Fi, 15 Lakh CCTV cameras, new universities and hospitals, as promised by the SPG government.
Welcoming the announcement of the ballot boxes, Shah said this election will lay the groundwork for accelerating development in Delhi.
“I hope the people of Delhi vote in large numbers and create a new record,” he said.
The 70-member Delhi Assembly elections will take place on 8 February and the results will be declared on 11 February, the Electoral Commission announced on Monday.
