Aishwarya Rai Bachchan begins her comeback journey with Jazbaa

Mumbai, Jan 15 (TruthDive): After taking a long break of 4 years, Aishwarya has started her comeback journey to her profound acting career with Sanjay Gupta’s Jazbaa on January 15. She last made her screen appearance in her favorite director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish.

Preparations for Jazbaa started few weeks ago. The actress has been preparing herself both for the film’s shooting as well as caring for her daughter Aaradhya when she is out of the house.

Aishwarya needed to be the fighting-fit for her part in the film. She has been given training sessions to perform the stunt sequences. Director Sanjay Gupta said that her character in Jazbaa needed a lot of action and Aishwarya was more than skillful of handling the stunts. To him, the film had been just one another new movie as for the circumstance that he was going to work with Shabana Azmiji and Aishwarya Rai for the very first time. Something very special is certain to happen, he added.

Few days back, the team of Jazbaa assembled at a hotel in Juhu for script reading. Aishwarya, Irrfan Khan, Shabana Azmi, Anupam Kher, Siddhanth Kapoor, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Atul Kulkarni along with director Sanjay Gupta were all present at the session. The movie is said to be ‘inspired’ from a Korean film called Seven Days.

Anupam mentioned that with Jazbaa he was teaming up with Sanjay Gupta after 18 years and also with Aishwarya. It would be the first time he would be working with talented actor Irrfan. The actor added that he was looking forward to do this film as it had an amazing script.

Reports from the unit say that Aishwarya would be shooting from Jan 15 to the middle of April for Jazbaa in one long stretch. At this time she would be completing her entire work for the film. Again, she is said to take another short break to spend time with her daughter before starting Karan Johar’s film. When coming to her personal life, Aishwarya is carefully charting out a very strict routine for her daughter Aaradhya, especially when she is away.
