Mumbai, June 15 (): Maharashtra Police department which conducted Maharashtra Police Constable exam 2014 from 6th June to 19th June is expected to declare the results on its official website soon.

Candidates who appeared for Maharashtra Police Constable 2014 exam may download the results soon after the declaration in the following official website at http://www.mahapolice.gov.in

A total of three lakh candidates appeared for Maharashtra Police Constable exam 2014 on the above mentioned dates.

Find a way to results section.

Click the link titled as Maharashtra Police Constable exam 2014 results.

Enter reg no and other details. Submit the entered data.

Maharashtra Police Constable exam 2014 results will appear on the screen.

Candidates may also take a printout of their results for reference.

Maharashtra Police department announced a recruitment notification of 13,350 vacancies for constable posts and invited candidates to apply through online mode from 5th May to 25th May 2014. As per reports received, a total of 10 lakh candidates applied for Maharashtra Police Constable 2014 recruitment.

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written exam following which candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Selected candidates will also have to undergo physical efficiency test, chest and height measurement test at a later stage.

Maharashtra has one of the largest Police forces in the country and is a highly industrialized State with a large urban corporation system for policing its large cities. The State includes 282 Superintendents of Police, 523 Deputy Superintendents of Police, 3522 Inspectors, 3123 Assistant Police Inspectors and 6230 Sub- Inspectors.
