Cuttack, Feb 7 (): The Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) will host two matches of the fourth edition of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL 4) tournament at Barabati Stadium on Saturday, February 8. The city will be hosting CCL matches for the first time.
8th February 2014 (Saturday) – Bengal Tigers vs Mumbai Heroes – 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm
8th February 2014 (Saturday) – Telugu Warriors vs Bhojpuri Dabanggs – 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm
Film stars Suniel Shetty, Manoj Tiwari, Aftab Shivdasani, Ventakesh, siblings Riya and Raima Sen, Randeep Hooda, Sridevi, Zayed Khan, Bobby Deol, Chitrangada Singh, Huma Qureshi and Sohail Khan will be star attractions at Barabati stadium during both the matches.
Adequate arrangements are being made to make sure that all the cricket lovers get a scope to witness their favourite Bollywood actors at Barabati stadium for which the association has decided to reduce the rates of the tickets.
Bengal Tigers co-owner Rajesh Shah said Barabati will become the designated home ground for the Bengal Tigers in the next session of CCL, with Odiya stars also being inducted into the squad. The league provides entertainment and a platform for Bollywood actors to interact with regional film stars, he said.
Ticket sales for the two matches started in the twin-city from Tuesday onwards. The ticket charges are nominal. The gallery one and three tickets cost Rs 150 and gallery two and four tickets cost Rs 100. Tickets for special enclosure, Club House and AC Box cost Rs 250, Rs 300 and Rs 700 respectively. However, tickets for new and old pavilion cost Rs 400 and Rs 500 respectively, said Shah in a press meet held at Cuttack on Tuesday. He said 27,000 tickets will be up for sale.
The tickets will be available at Barabati Stadium counter, Subway restaurant outlets in the capital city, Mayfair hotel and Pal Height shopping mall.
