Mumbai, Dec.8 (ANI): Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has claimed that India is moving in a forward direction to become a developed nation.
During a promotional event in India’s showbiz capital, Mumbai, Bachchan said he dislikes India being called a developing nation
“I hate being India called a developing nation, I want it to be called the first nation of the world, I want the nation to be developed and I think we are moving forward in that direction,” said Bachchan.
Bachchan is a rage among the Indian cinema lovers who gained popularity during 1970s and 1980s.
His best-known film, “Sholay”, ran in Bombay for seven years – turning him into an icon in India, much like Elvis Presley was in the West.
While interacting with mediapersons, Bachchan said he likes doing challenging work.
“My future plans are just to keep working, My goals, I never had an opportunity to set them and I do not even believe in that because I just feel that the word you said goal is a very clich
