Discover 125T launched by Bajaj Auto for just Rs. 54022

New Delhi, July 11 (): The Bajaj Auto, the third largest motorbike manufacturer in India launches another motorcycle Discover 125T, under its successful ‘Discover’ brand, for just Rs. 54022.

Bajaj has been launching new models under its two strong brands — Pulsar and Discover with former focusing more on sports segment and latter targeting commuter segment. The latest product from Bajaj is Discover 125T, powered by its four-valve DTS-i engine.

After launching the latest motorbike in Tamil Nadu market, Bajaj Auto General Manager (Sales), Aswin Jaikanth said the latest motorcycle would fill the gap between the Discover 100T and Discover 125ST and would be targeted at those who look for both comfort and performance.

Discover 125ST targets the customers looking for performance or sportier features, while Discover 100 T targeted at safety and commuter features for conscious buyers. The new Discover 125 T will be positioned in between the two and completes the range in this category.

Aswin Jaikanth said Discover 125 T will deliver 30 per cent more power than competition in the executive segment, which is dominated by Bajaj’s Discover, Hero’s Glamour and super splendor and Honda’s CB shine, and has higher torque and larger wheel base.

Discover 125 T is powered by Bajaj’s patented 4-valve DTS-i engine. The other features of Discover 125 T include sporty 5-speed transmission, gas-charged Nitrox suspension, petal disc brake, flicker-free DC headlamp and electric start. The bike also has long seating, nitrox twin shock suspension and a top speed of 105 kmph.

Discover 125 T is available in four colours with a choice of two variants. The disc brake variant is priced at Rs. 54,022, and the drum brake Rs. 57,070 (ex-showroom, Chennai).

The brand new model of Bajaj Discover 125 T will have to face competition with its rival models Honda CB Shine and Hero Glamour etc. Both Shine and Glamour has huge name in the augment but when we compare them with the brand new Discover 125 T, Discover takes the show.
