Assam HSSLC +2 results to be declared on May 20 at 10 am

Guwahati, May 19 (): Students, who appeared for the Assam Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination, will have to beat the suspense, as the results for the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) 2013 will be declared on 20 May 2013 at 10 am.

Students can view the results through online websites on the mentioned date, for the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) which conducted the examination in the month of March 2013.

Students who appeared for the exams can view their results by entering their roll code and roll number in  http://resultsassam.nic.in/.  The Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examination was conducted in twenty six districts across 823 centres in the state of Assam which included Bongaigaon, Cachar, Chirang, Baksa, Barpeta, Darrang, Dhemaji, Dhubri, Dibrugarh, Dima, Golaghat, Hailakandi, Jorhat, Kamrup, Goalpara,, Karbi Anglong, Karimganj, Kokrajhar, Lakhimpur, Sonitpur, Tinsukia, Morigaon, Nagaon, Nalbari, Sivasagar and Udalguri.

The AHSEC which is a part of Assam Board of Higher Education is said to be launched under the Assam act xxv of 1961. Students were provided higher education with practical and valuable knowledge here.

Currently the State of Assam is the jurisdiction of the Board.  The official announcement has been made for HSSLC results 2013 by the AHSEC. The exams were conducted in the month of March for Arts, Science, Commerce and vocational groups in the mentioned districts.

Students might face hurdles while trying to view the results due to increased site traffic and therefore are requested to maintain patience.

In order to expand the system of Higher Secondary Education in the state, the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council was established on 1st of June, 1984. To motivate the students and enlarge the curriculum syllabus and courses of instruction for Higher Secondary stage, the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council was created in the state of Assam.
