The Chennai Super Kings are at the top of the points table despite a crushing defeat at the hands of Mumbai Indians in their previous match.

Sunrisers have 14 points from 11 matches and a win in tomorrow’s match would take them closer to a berth in the IPL semi-finals.

Sunrisers Hyderabad:

SRH are certainly the weaker of the two sides but if they bat first and take a big total then Chennai will be under pressure.

Sunrisers have the best bowling attack in the form of world’s top bowler Dale Steyn, Ishant Sharma and Amit Mishra. The in-form Karan Sharma has also added to the bowling strength.

Batting had been a major area of concern for the Hyderabad side, but that has also shown improvement after West Indies Captain Darren Sammy and injured Shikhar Dhawan joined the team and struck form immediately.

Sri Lanka’s Thisara Perera has done good bowling as well as batting and young Hyderabad batsman G H Vihari has also added some significant contributions.

The Teams (from):

Sunrisers Hyderabad: Kumar Sangakkara (C ), Cameron White, Akshat Reddy, Amit Mishra, Anand Rajan, Ankit Sharma, Ashish Reddy, Biplab Samantray, Cameron White, Chris Lynn, Dale Steyn, Darren Sammy, D B Ravi Teja, G H Vihari, Ishant Sharma, Karan Sharma, Nathan McCullum, Pathiv Patel, Prasant Padmanabhan, Quinton de Cock, Sachin Rana, Shikhar Dhawan, Sudeep Tyagi, T Sargunam, Thisara Perera and Veer Pratap Singh.

Chennai Super Kings:

CSK had been just immense after claiming seven straight wins in this tournament but they were shamed by Mumbai who imposed a heavy defeat over Dhoni’s men at the weekend. Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s men were sent pack to the pavilion with a paltry 80 by Mumbai Indians, which was the season’s lowest team total.

Chennai’s batting line-up comprising Michael Hussey, Suresh Raina and Dhoni is the greed of other IPL teams.

In the bowling department, CSK claim of Mohit Sharma, Albie Morkel, Ravichandran Ashwin, Dwayne Bravo and Chris Morris. All of them have done their role well and would be quite a good competitors for the Hyderabad batsmen.
