The opening ceremony of the month-long tournament CCL 3 was held in Kochi, on February 9, Saturday in a grand manner. The opening ceremony was graced by numerous stars from eight film industries. Salman Khan also joined other actors at the opening ceremony of the cricket league. Many Bollywood actors including Sunil Shetty, Aftab and Sohail Khan are part of CCL 3.
All eyes moved towards the superstar, as he was dressed up casually in a black ‘Being Human’ T-shirt and unveiled the CCL flag. Actress Chitrangada also joined him at the event.
Salman was happy to see all the actors doing well on the cricket field and says he may hit the ground next year.
While talking to the reporters, by the end of the second match, Salman said he may play next year. He reasoned out the passion towards cricket in each and every actor. The disadvantage with actors is that they are very busywith very long hours of work. In spite of all this, they are playing well. This is because cricket is their first love, he said.
Salman has also plans of travelling with the team to different venues. It is great that actors are playing good cricket. It is a good combination of acting and cricket. He is also happy that people are getting hooked on to the CCL tournament.
