Arvind Kejriwal: Pakistan’s action inexcusable, but war not the solution

Bhopal, Jan 17 (): Regretting the killing of the Indian soldiers by Pakistan army, social activist turned politician Arvind Kejriwal said that though it is a totally merciless and unpardonable act, war between both the countries should not take place on the issue.

It is true that Pakistan cannot justify the brutal killing, said Kejriwal who said India should tackle the problem in a strict manner to find an amicable solution.  In response to BJP leader Sushma Swaraj’s statement to bring ten Pakistani heads in return for one Indian head, the AAP member said political parties should avoid playing politics with such sensitive issues.

Kejriwal while talking to reporters after proclaiming the party’s Madhya Pradesh Executive said Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should have visited the martyred soldier’s house to share the grief of the family. It is indeed necessary to deal the situation with great responsibility, added social activist Kejriwal.

While talking on the Delhi Assembly elections, Kejriwal said that his party will contest the elections and will soon decide to contest in other states as well after having a discussion with the party’s newly formed state units.

In Madhya Pradesh AAP units have been formed in thirty-three districts, said Kejriwal adding that his party will be raising issues such as corruption, price rise and security of women as these are the major issues of the country.

When asked about the arrest of former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala in the teachers’ recruitment scam, Kejriwal claimed that it was his party which exposed the scam and will also continue to bring such corruption related issues to light from February 1.

Claiming that the AAP will expose corruption related to water and electricity in Delhi, the respective state units will be continuing with its work to expose such scams in Madhya Pradesh where you can see corruptions in plenty, said Kejriwal adding that both BJP and the Congress are equally corrupt.
