Hyderabad, Jan 9 (): The much-expected Tollywood release for Sankranthi festive season Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (SVSC) starring Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh in lead roles is slated to release on big screens worldwide on January 11. As a festival treat, the producer Dil Raju has assured that the movie will have premiere just a day before its release.
The producer added, since the release date January 11 falls on an ‘Amavasya’ (New Moon), which is considered as an inauspicious day, the film unit has planned to premiere film on January 10. The producers and distributors of the film have said the earnings from the special premiere would be donated for the construction of a temple.
So, SVSC will have a premiere show at Prasad Labs in Hyderabad on January 10 and also have a special show for ladies in places like Kakinada, Visakhapatnam, Khammam and Nellore on the release day, January 11.
Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu always get a great response from the family crowd and female audience. Hence, the distributors of ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’(SVSC) are planning for a special show only for ladies in few places in Andhra Pradesh.
As two top ranking stars will be seen in the screen, the distributors feel there will surely be a lot of demand for the tickets on the release day. Hosting a special show exclusively for ladies will be a great damakha for the ladies’ crowd, who wish to see their favourite hero on the first day.
The movie is directed by Srikanth Addala. Samantha and Anjali play the lady lead roles against Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh; Prakash Raj and Jayasudha play prominent roles and Mickey J Meyer has composed music for the movie.
SVSC is a multi starer and a complete family entertainer with the tag line ‘Simple But Beautiful’. Producer Dil Raju is very confident that the film will become a big hit.
