Hyderabad, Jan 8 (): The most anticipated Tollywood movie of 2013, Naayak is directed by VV Vinayak, which features Ram Charan Teja, Kajal Aggarwal and Amala Paul in the lead roles. The film is slated to release on January 9, 2013; the makers are concentrating on the Sankranthi weekend for better collections of the movie.
“Nayyak” is promoted with a tag line ‘The Leader’ by the makers of the film to prove that Ram Charan Teja is the leader in Tollywood among the present day heroes.
Reports say the film is an emotionally charged film, which revolves around a boy who fights hard to fulfil the ambition of his father. For the first time in his career, Ram Charan Teja is playing a dual role in the film.
The story line says one guy is a mass guy and the other is a class guy. In the first half of the movie, the mass guy does a series of murders and the second guy gets arrested for the murders. When the judge is about to declare the judgement, the real culprit appears before the court and agrees to his crime. And the second half is all about why he kills.
Ram Charan usually has a remix song of his father in all his films as a sentimental factor. For Naayak, Shubhalekha Rasukunna from Kondaveeti Donga has been remixed.
The screen is shared by two lead ladies Kajal Aggarwal and Amala Paul and both the ladies are said to have done a quite entertaining characterization. Naayak is Kajal’s second film with Ram Charan Teja. They both appeared together in the 2009 blockbuster film Magadheera directed by SS Rajamouli.
Akula Shiva has witten the story and dialogues, while Chota K Naidu is the cinematographer. The music for the movie is composed by S S Thaman.
The film made at a budget of Rs 30 crore, has to compete with Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu that also releases for Sankranthi on January 11, 2013.
