Mumbai, Jun 28 (): Filmmaker Pooja Bhatt has preferred a new way to promote her movie Jism 2, by launching songs of Jism 2 with adult content through internet. She feels the method is, “a more than worthy competitor of TV”, rather than showing them on television channels.
Pooja tweeted Jism 2 has six songs. Only three provide to a universal audience without losing their essence. The other three contains ‘adults only’ sequences and cannot be made to seem asexual!
Hence, the normal three songs which would be appropriate for a family audience will be submitted to the censor board and played on TV, those songs of Jism 2 what they feel is appropriate for a family audience.
The other three Jism 2 songs satisfy to the average thinking, discerning, passionate. So, adults may be viewed freely and by choice across the internet, she added.
The movie is a sequel to the 2003 film. The Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone plays the main female role with Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh.
Pooja Bhatt, daughter of Mahesh Bhatt, is glad that T-Series, which owns the film’s music rights, is co-operating with her decision.
Pooja said T-series is in absolute agreement with the makers of the movie regarding the release of the Jism 2 trailers on TV. This is the first time a conventional film has chosen the internet and social media as a more than worthy competitor to television.
Pooja, the actress turned into director for the first time in 2003 for Paap, says she is extremely happy for being different. She thanked the censor board, for giving a roadblock which provided actually a gateway to another innovative method and brand new method, which would be well-balanced and fair way forward for all.
The film is all set to release on August 3, 2012.
