Hyderabad, May 21 (): The marriage date for Ram Charan Teja and his fiancee Upasana Kamineni was finalised earlier and the auspicious occasion falls on 14th June.
Their marriage is considered to be one of the grand marriage events of this decade. Many fans were excitedly waiting to have a look at the wedding invitation card. The card is now published on the internet.
Sources say that before beginning to distribute the wedding invitation card, Ram Charan Teja’s parents Chiranjeevi and Surekha went to Vijayawada Kanaka Durga temple, laid the first wedding invitation card at the feet of the Durga Ammavaaru and got her divine blessings.
Later, Chiranjeevi and Surekha visited Tirupati and offered prayers at the Lord Venkateswara temple on Saturday.
Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni are childhood friends. They both got engaged on 1 December 2011 in Hyderabad at their farmhouse. It was said earlier that their wedding would be held in a grand manner at the same farmhouse.
But now, the wedding invitation card says that the marriage would take place in Madhavapur at HTCC, Hyderabad. The wedding occasion is planned as a private affair, but the reception is planned in a grand manner. It will be hosted in Tirupati for his mega fans on the following day.
The wedding muhurtam is at 7.45 am on June 14. Anand Sai, Chiranjeevi’s close friend and art director is informed as designing the wedding venue at Upasana’s farmhouse.
The families of both Kamineni and Chiranjeevi have many guests from all over the world. Innunerable film stars, business tycoons and political bigwigs are expected to attend the wedding of Ram Charan Teja and Upasana Kamineni.
Reports say, the guest list comprises of the names of Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi. The Bachchan family is also likely to grace the event.
