Idaho, Dec 7 (): Would you believe if majority of women would like to have sex with another woman..? The answer is yes, a new study has found that more than half of the women population is attracted to other women.
The latest research claims that it is perfectly normal that most women are naturally bi-curious when it comes to sex. The study also found that this feeling intensifies in their older age.
Boise State University found that in a group of 484 heterosexual women, 60 per cent were sexually attracted to other women; 45 per cent had kissed a woman, and 50 percent had fantasies about the same sex.
A professor of psychology at Boise State University, Elizabeth Morgan, found that straight women often feel more than a friendly affection for other women.
Other data suggests upwards of 20 percent of women are attracted to other women. It’s claimed this could be linked to the way women socialise from chatting on the phone for hours to snuggling during chick flicks.
It is said that often women’s friendships are barely distinguishable from romantic relationships.
“Women are encouraged to be emotionally close to each other,” the professor said.
“That provides an opportunity for intimacy and romantic feelings to develop,” she added.
Another psychologist, Lisa Diamond said that the older they got, the more likely they were to choose ‘unlabeled’, which meant that they felt their sexuality didn’t fit into tidy boxes.
The scientific explanation of sexual attraction calls evolutionary theorems into the question, but there is still a distinct difference between animals and humans.
As people, however, we often have sex for fun. An entire industry of sexual products has been created to reduce the risk of disease, babies, and other undesired side-effects so that the act of sex can be enjoyed more frequently.
There is definitely a pattern to sex and this pattern is much free in this generation.
