AP Postal Circle Assistant Recruitment 2014

Hyderabad, Mar 1 (): Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle Department, Government of India has declared employment notification of 541 vacancies for Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants in (Savings Bank Control Organization), (Mail Motor Services) and (Circle and Regional Officers) divisions / units.

Eligible candidates are invited to fill the vacant posts on or before 25th March 2014. To know other details regarding the mentioned recruitment, candidates may refer the below notification.

Age Limit

Candidates applying for the above mentioned posts should not be below 18 years of age and should not exceed 27 years as on 27-03-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess Intermediate/ 10+2 standard or 12th class pass from a recognized university or Board with English as a compulsory subject. Candidates should also have the knowledge of local language of the State or Union Territory of the concerned Postal Circle or Hindi as a subject in Matriculation level or equivalent examination.

Selection Process

Candidates applying for AP Postal Circle Assistant recruitment will be selected based on their performance in written examination and interview.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be offered a pay band of Rs 5200 – Rs. 20,200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-.
