New Delhi, Feb 4 (TruthDive): Staff Selection Commission which announced online application for SSC CGL 2014 last month is set to conduct the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination in three stages. On-line application for SSC CGL 2014 will be available till 14th February 2014.
Online submission of application is under process and candidates can submit their application as per the following dates:
Part – I Registration – 12th February 2014 (last date)
Part – II Registration – 14th February 2014 (last date)
Candidates have to carefully read the instructions and fill the mandatory details before submitting the application.

SSC CGL 2014 Exam
Staff Selection Commission will conduct the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) examination in three stages as mentioned below:
1st Tier — Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
2nd Tier — Main Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
3rd Tier – Personality Test /Interview or Skill Test
SSC CGL 2014 Syllabus and Pattern for Tier I
General Intelligence & Reasoning
Combined Graduate Level (Tier-I) exam will be held in one session
Questions will be of Objective Multiple Type Choice and will be set in Hindi/English in respect of Parts A, B and C.
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
SSC CGL 2014 Exam Duration
General candidates -2 hours
Visually challenged candidates – 2 hours and 40 minutes
SSC CGL 2014 Syllabus & Pattern for Tier II
Paper I- Arithmetical Ability
Paper II- English Language & Comprehension
In Tier-II, there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks in Paper-II and III and 0.50 marks in Paper-I for each wrong answer.

Visually challenged candidates- 2 hours and 40 minutes
Note: candidates who qualify all the papers will be considered as eligible and will be selected for Personality Test/ Interview and/or Skill Test.
