TNTET Results 2013 expected to be declared soon , Madras HC dismisses petition seeking stay

Chennai, Oct 31 (): Good news in in store for candidates who appeared for the Tamil Nadu TET 2013 as the TNTET results 2013 will be announced soon by the Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board after the Madras High Court dismissed the petition that sought stay for TNTET results 2013.

Candidates who appeared for TNTET 2013 can soon expect TNTET results 2013 after the Madras High Court dismissed the petition seeking stay for the declaration of results of TNTET 2013. The court however adjourned the case to November 18, 2013.

The petitioner who demanded for a stay of TNTET results 2013 made a plea to the court to provide relaxation to backward class applicants of TET to the extent of 5% to 10% in marks and therefore pleaded the court to pass a stay order for the declaration of TNTET results 2013 till the judgement is given in the case.

The High Court comprising Judges R.K Agarwal and Sathyanarayana however did not agree to the petitioner’s demand for passing the order and directed  saying that the TNTET results 2013 can be released before taking a decision in the case.

Candidates in large numbers who appeared for the Tamil Nadu TET 2013 held in August are eagerly waiting for the result declaration of TNTET 2013.

As soon as the TNTET 2013 results are declared candidates may check their result at TRB’s official website at www.trb.tn.nic.in

Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board earlier successfully conducted the Teachers Eligibility Test – TNTET on 17th August 2013 and 18th August 2013. More than five lakh candidates who appeared for the teachers’ eligibility examination in the month of August have been waiting for the past two months for the results to be declared.
