UP Basic Education Board notifies recruitment 2013

Lucknow, Oct 20 (): According to the notification announced by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education secretary, the government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to recruit 10,000 teachers for its basic education schools for which application has commenced from 17th October, 2013 and will likely conclude by 15th December 2013.

The basic education council has been ordered by the state government to complete the process of appointing teachers within a period of two months from the date of commencement and plan accordingly.

Details on eligibility of candidates required for the recruitment of teachers for basic education schools are given in the below notification. Candidates may refer the complete notification and apply for the job.

Name of the post – Assistant Teacher – Primary

Age Limit

Candidates must be in the age group between 18 -40 years .Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules of government of Uttar Pradesh.

Educational Qualification

Candidates who possess TET, CTET with basic training certificate, Vishishth BTC and URDU BTC are eligible to apply for the above mentioned post. Also refer the official site to know the complete detail regarding eligibility.

Selection Process

 Candidates will be selected based on their educational qualification as required by the board.

Application Fee

For General/OBC candidates – Rs 500/-

For ST/SC candidates -Rs. 200/-

How to apply

Candidates who fulfill the requirement criteria as demanded by the Basic Education board may apply online on or before 15th December 2013.

Candidates have to possess all valid documents that might prove their age, educational qualification, category etc.

Candidates should also possess recently clicked photographs while applying online.

  2. Click the appropriate link to apply online.
  3. Download the application form and start filling it.
  4. Fill all the requirements as instructed.
  5. Mention the category according to the instruction given in the notification.
  6. Submit the application without any error.
  7. On successful submission note the reg no generated through the system.
  8. Take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

 Closing date for submission of online application-15th December 2013.
