Well, the movie lived up to the expectations of the masses and did not disappoint the cine goers as Raja Rani opened well and received positive reviews as well as good word of mouth.

The film’s team is in high spirits and to celebrate the overwhelming response of the film, a success meet was organised last week in Chennai.
The film’s collections may drop in the coming days as new Tamil films as well as other-language films are releasing this week. Dhanush’s “Nayyandi” and Shiva’s “Vanakkam Chennai” are all set to hit the screens on 11 October.
Jr NTR’s Telugu flick “Ramayya Vastavayya” is releasing in 30 screens in Tamil Nadu on 10 October. With the release of new films, it is likely that there will be a huge drop in the number of screens allotted for “Raja Rani.”
