Hyderabad, Sep 30 (): Attarintiki Daredi has done fantastic business in India as well as in all overseas circuits. The movie has raked in a total of Rs 45 crores nett at the worldwide box office in the first weekend. Pawan Kalyan’s Attarintiki Daredi has broken many previous records and is still going strong.
Attarintiki Daredi was previously scheduled to release on August 9 for Eid. Due to Telugana issues, the movie got delayed and due to its delay Pawan mania was seen touching its peak. On the opening day of Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited movie Attarintiki Daredi (AD), the fever was at its peak.
The screening of Attarintiki Daredi started on September 27 at 4 am and the theatres screening the film were overflowing with viewers within and outside in several places in the early morning.
In AP, the film’s total collection was around 10.72 cr on the opening day, which is an all-time record too. It has collected Rs 11 crores on the second day and Rs 18 crore on third day.
On Saturday, the response to the film was dull in some places, while the response for the film remained same in other parts of the globe. Whereas, its business escalated everywhere on Sunday. The response for Attarintiki Daredi was good as the film received positive reviews from film critics and good word of mouth from the audience.
Not only in Andhra Pradesh, the family drama has scripted new record in the neighbouring states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and in the overseas markets too.
According to the trade analysts, Attarintiki Daredi has grossed about 1.08 crores for three days. (Sep 27 -29 Gross = Rs 1.08 Cr, Net Rs 81L, Distributor share = Rs 40.5L) surpassing all the previous box office records for a Telugu film in Tamil Nadu. The film has created box office history by becoming the highest grossing Telugu film in Tamil Nadu.
