UPSC IAS Prelim results 2013 likely to be declared on July 27

New Delhi, July 26 (): Candidates who appeared for the IAS Prelim examination, 2013 are notified that the Union Public Service Commission has decided to publish the results most likely on Saturday, July 27, 2013.

The Union Public Service Commission conducted IAS Prelim examination on May 26, 2013. More than 10 lakh students appeared for the civil service prelims exam 2013.

There are three stages in UPSC civil services exam like preliminary exam, main exam, and personality test (interview). Candidates who have appeared for the exam in the month of May are waiting eagerly for the results.

Candidates of the UPSC Civil Services exams are requested to check the result online on the official website of the UPSC- www.upsc.gov.in

The long wait is expected to come to an end when the results would most likely be declared on 27th July, 2013.

Candidates have to check the result by entering the roll number after the board uploads the result in its official website. The board has also provided cut-off marks for UPSC Civil Service Prelims exam.

Cut-off marks has been analyzed and prepared according to the previous year cut-off marks. The approximate cut-off marks are given below for the notification of the students.

General -209, OBC-190, ST-181, SC-185, PH1-160, PH2-164, PH3-111

The UPSC Civil Service Prelims Test results will be declared online.  To check the results online, candidates can follow the method as given below:

– Log on to the official website – www.upsc.gov.in

– Click on the link UPSC Civil Service Prelims Test

– Enter the roll no after choosing the required stream

– Submit the roll no by just clicking the submit button

– Results will appear on the screen.
