Mumbai, May 9 (): Sanjay Dutt has been doing his pending shoots in a racy speed as the day of his surrender, May 18, approaches closer.
The actor has been doing double shifts to finish of all his works after getting the verdict from Supreme Court for his imprisonment in relation to the 1993 Mumbai blasts case. Sanjay Dutt got the verdict of serving three and half years in prison. He was sentenced to five years in jail of which he has already served 18 months.
Sources reveal that Sanjay Dutt has been working for producer Rahul Aggarwal’s ‘Policegiri’ since the last few weeks. The surprise is the actor wrapped up the dubbing of his portions in the film in just three hours.
Sanjay wrapped up the shoot of Policegiri in Mumbai on Wednesday. He does not want anyone to suffer losses from his pending works.
Producer Rahul Aggarwal said that the actor completed dubbing for the entire film in just three hours. The producer was really touched to see that still he came the next day to ensure that everything is good to go.
Dutt is intended to finish Policegiri soon so that he can start with his other movies too. To save time, the actor started dubbing for the film as soon as the shooting concluded. Rahul praised Sanjay saying Sanju was one of the most proficient people he had ever met.
The film Policegiri is all set to release on July 5, the time when Sanjay Dutt will be in jail.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted: “Xclusiv: Sanjay Dutt’s next major release #Policegiri to release on 5 July. Will clash with #Lootera.”
Meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt has also finished his shoots and dubbing for ‘Zanjeer’ remake. He is currently overseeing work on his home production titled ‘Hasmukh Pighal Gaya’. Meanwhile, his cameo role in the upcoming film Ghanchakkar has been taken off for lack of time.
