New Delhi, May 7 (): Honda Cars India today launches new variants of its small car Brio, and priced itbetween Rs 4.12 lakh and Rs 6.13 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The upgraded version of the new Brio includes two new features and one top-end variant. But, the engine line up and underpinnings are not upgraded and remains the same.
The company in a statement said it has “introduced new variants of Honda Brio with key upgrades to make the car more convenient, comfortable and pleasurable to drive for its customers”.
“Both these features were found to be amongst the most desirable features in the Brio based on the customer’s feedback,” the company added.
The features upgraded includes like rear windshield defogger and driver seat height adjuster. Honda Brio is powered with a four cylinder 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol engine which delivers a maximum output of 88PS at 6,000rpm and 109Nm of maximum torque at 4,500rpm. As per the company the vehicle offers a mileage of 19.4 Km per litre for manual transmission and 16.5 Km per litre for automatic transmission.
The Honda Brio will be available in 6 variants — EMT, EXMT, SMT, VMT, VXMT and VXAT — priced and at Rs 4.12 lakh to Rs 6.12 lakh (all ex-showroom Delhi).

The company also offers a “Honda Care Maintenance Package (HCMP)” for free periodic maintenance service up to 40,000km or 2 years which ever occur first.
According to Honda, Brio had 32,000 customers all over India in the last financial year and the upgraded Brio variants are a part of attracting customer’s overall experience with Honda Brio.
