New Delhi, May 7 (ANI): The Central Government will soon issue a new set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Kashmiri militants, who want to return to India through the Nepal border to surrender under a special scheme.

Union Home Secretary R.K. Singh has said that the Union Home Ministry has received comments of all stakeholders on the subject and the improved procedures will be out in a few days.
