Karbonn launches Smart A12 Android ICS smartphone at Rs.7990

New Delhi, Apr 12 (TruthDive): Karbonn launches its Karbonn Smart A12 in India at Rs. 7,990. The dual sim smartphone is available with all leading retailers on the internet.

Karbonn Smartphone A12 has a 4.5-inch capacitive screen with qHD display with 854x480p resolution. The smartphone runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The device is powered with Broadcom’s 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 processor. It has 512 MB RAM.

The company said that the 3G platform of Broadcom is used in the dual SIM. It has a modem which supports download speed of up to 7.2 megabit per second. The devices comes with internal storage of 4GB and can be expandable upto 32 GB via microSD.

Smart A12 has a 5MP main camera at the rear with LED flash and a VGA front camera on-board. The smartphone is powered with 1,800mAh battery and has a talk time of 4 hours. The media options are 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS system, with a power management unit embedded in it. The company is offering the device with pre-installed apps like WhatsApp, Skype, Kingsoft Office, Facebook, etc.
