Mumbai, Feb 7 (TruthDive): Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) season 3 is all set to start from 9th February 2013. This year the league has eight teams, divided into two pools. The teams and team captains, pool details, match schedules and venue are tabulated below.
The past two editions of CCL were won by Chennai Rhinos successfully. Tamil film industry celebrities are eagerly waiting to win the league this year too and make a hat-trick. Reports say they are training hard for the match.
CCL3 started with the grand Curtain Raiser Event in Mumbai on 19th January. The first edition had four teams, while the second edition had six teams. This year, two more teams have joined the league – Bhojpuri Dabbangs and Veer Marathi.
Actor Vishal is the captain of Chennai Rhinos, while Vikranth will be performing as the vice-captain of the team. This year the opening ceremony will be in Kochi on 9th February. Before the match, Prabhu Deva, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Bipasha all will be giving their performance on stage.
