Sanjay Dutt visits Rajinikanth during his Policegiri shoot in Chennai

Chennai, Jan 22 (TruthDive): Two biggest superstars of India, South star Rajinikanth and Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt recently met and had a long friendly interactive session in Rajinikanth’s residence.

Rajinikanth heard the news that Sanjay Dutt, son of well-known yesteryear actor Sunil Dutt was in Chennai for shooting and he sent a warm invitation immediately requesting Sanjay Dutt and director Ravi Kumar to visit his home.

Sanjay Dutt was in Chennai doing his shooting for his forthcoming movie “Policegiri”, Hindi remake of Tamil hit film Saamy, directed by KS Ravi Kumar. When they received the invitation from superstar Rajinikanth, both of them visited Rajini’s house along with the movies’ executive producer Rahul Aggarwal and had an extremely marvellous time together. Reports said their meeting lasted for more than four hours.

Sanjay Dutt and Rajinikanth have previously worked together in Khoon Ka Karz. So, this meet happened to be after a very long time and both chatted pleasantly about their family, children, work and movies.

Rahul Aggarwa said both of them spoke about politics, recent trends in Bollywood and the olden days when the film industry was not so competitive. When they were about to leave Rajini’s house, Rajini clicked photos with Sanjai; Rajini’s wife Latha Rajinikanth gave presents for his kids.

Sanjay Dutt had a very good time, during his shooting days for Policegiri in Chennai. First, the actor participated in the Pongal celebrations, wearing traditional Tamilian dress – silk veshti and shirt. Ace director KS Ravi Kumar, who is the director of the film requested Dutt to participate in the Pongal celebrations. The Pongal festivities took place on the sets of Police giri.

Next, he got the chance of meeting Rajinikanth in his house after a very long time.

Policegiri, directed by KS Ravi Kumar and produced by Star Entertainment World Wide Pvt. Ltd, stars Sanjay Dutt, Prachi Desai and Prakash Raj in lead roles.
