Tinsukia, Dec. 27 (ANI): Four militants, belonging to the banned United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA), surrendered before the police on Thursday in Assam’s Tinsukia District.
These four cadres were actively involved in various cases of abduction and extortion in Arunachal Pradesh.
Assam and Arunachal Pradesh Police, and the Army were present when they surrendered.
Police recovered a rifle, a machine gun, four hand grenade and 90 rounds of live ammunition. (ANI)
