Obama racks up considerable 33-point lead over Romney among Asian Americans

Washington, Nov. 4 (ANI): President Barack Obama has a considerable 33-point lead over Republican challenger Mitt Romney among Asian Americans in California, a new poll has found.

According to the Field Poll, the state with by far the largest Asian population in the nation, Obama holds a 58-percent to 25-percent lead over Romney.

In 2008, national exit polls gave Obama a 62 percent to 35 percent advantage over John McCain among Asians, who made up two percent of the electorate.

According to a Field Poll released Saturday, Obama was leading among California’s Chinese Americans, with a 63-21 percent margin.

The poll found that among other Asian groups, Obama is leading with 62-28 percent margin over Romney, Politico reports.

According to the poll, among Korean Americans, Obama leads 41-20 over Romney. (ANI)
